Here is how the process on our end usually operates:
- When your goods are ready, the supplier or we will arrange the pickup from the supplier to our shipping warehouse.
- We will ask the supplier to finish a Commercial invoice & required shipping documents.
- Check the goods and confirm the exact weight and dimensions with you after the goods arrived in our warehouse.
- We will send you the shipping invoice for payment confirmation.
- For goods sent out by sea or air freight; we arrange the export customs clearance.
- We will send you the sea or air freight tracking number.
- After goods arrived at the destination seaport/airport, the shipping carrier will contact you to complete the import customs and duties.
- After customs cleared, goods will be delivered to the intended address.
